What we do
Tax Services Built Around Your Year, Not Just April
Most people meet their accountant once a year, hand over a folder, and hope for the best. That model produces a correct return and very little else. Our tax practice is built on the opposite assumption: the return is the last step, and by the time we get there the outcome should already be settled.
We prepare federal and state returns for individuals, partnerships, S corporations and C corporations, and we stay reachable the rest of the year — when you are deciding whether to buy equipment, take on a partner, hire your first employee, or move income between periods.
What’s Included
- Federal and state return preparation, with electronic filing and confirmation.
- A mid-year planning review so the April number is never a surprise.
- Quarterly estimated payment calculations, sized to your actual income.
- Prior-year review, with amended returns filed where they are worth filing.
- Direct representation if the IRS or a state agency sends a notice.
- A named contact who answers the phone, not a general mailbox.

Common Questions
The useful work happens between May and December, not in April. By the time the filing deadline arrives, most of the decisions that affect your bill have already been made. We schedule a mid-year review with every business client for exactly this reason.
Yes. We are based in Missouri City and see a lot of clients in person, but we work with individuals and businesses across Texas and in other states. Documents can be exchanged securely, and consultations can be handled by phone or video.
Last year’s return, your current bookkeeping file or bank statements, and a short conversation about what changed this year. That is usually enough for us to give you a clear scope and a fixed fee.
Yes, and the sooner the better. Most notices have a response window, and the options available to you narrow once it closes. Send us the notice and we will tell you what it actually says and what it will take to resolve.
