Monsy has spent over fifteen years as a Corporate and International Tax Principal, working alongside management teams on profit enhancement, business and tax planning, and internal controls. Much of his work is with closely held companies, partnerships, and their shareholders — and with owners preparing a business for sale or for going public. His industry experience spans manufacturing, service, real estate, technology, wholesale and retail.
Yesha Rangunwala

Yesha serves as a Corporate Tax Principal, bringing more than ten years of experience in strategic tax and business planning for closely held companies, partnerships, and their principals. She works with management teams on profit enhancement, planning, and the internal controls and scalable systems that raise a company’s valuation. Her industry background covers manufacturing, service, real estate, technology, wholesale and retail.
